We’ve had our hot tub for around 20 months. We had a good experience during the purchase and they were helpful, responsive and fast. But I think it’s how a company deal with issues post sale which really counts. We recently noticed a small leak with our tub. We contacted Blue Whale Spa and they made an appointment to come look at it. Today, 2 engineers came and spent a couple of hours sorting the problem. They were pleasant and helpful and our hot tub is now working perfectly. Most importantly, afterwards, I was given good advice about what might have caused it and how to help prevent it happening again. I would definitely recommend Blue Whale Spa if you are looking to purchase a hot tub.

I contacted Mia in customer services and found her very knowledgeable and helpful, Mia explained my options and I purchased a new pump.

It arrived the following day, I fitted it myself with a bit of advice from customer services.

I had been searching to replace an ageing non working hot tub. I contacted Blue Whale and Isabelle provided good advise on which to choose. I made a final review versus other providers and decided to go ahead.
I requested an early delivery and the team to fit it arrived at 8:10hrs. They were extremely professional and quickly manoeuvred the tub into location - approx 50m drag. I was then able to connect up the hot tub myself.
I have now been using the tub for 2 months. Everything works well. The heater quickly raises the temperature to the required level - approx 2.5 C/ hour. Bubble, flow, lights, blue-tooth all work. Our grandchildren have greatly enjoyed playing in the tub. In this hot weather it is great to have an evening soak.
Overall, very impressed with the tub and service from Blue Whale.

Blue Whale were fantastic. It’s our first Hot Tub. Not just the timing of delivery but the customer service. From the two delivery men to the help service desk when I asked the most basic questions at the start. Love the product, I wholeheartedly recommend the Company and tremendous after sales service.
