From start to finish dealing with Blue Whale Spa was a pleasure, the date of delivery was agreed and installers arrived on time, the installation team where friendly and where happy to show me through all the operations of the tub including dos and don’ts and installed the tub exactly where I wanted it, even calling and ordering accessories was no trouble, overall I have been very happy and would definitely recommend Blue Whale Spa.

This hot tub has been the biggest treat our family has ever allowed ourselves and it is amazing. From filling in the interested forms, the phone calls from Kev who sold it to me and then Wayne and Dan who showed super strong strength to get our tub on our yard the team at Blue Whale Spa have been amazing. From Start to finish the service was great and really informative. Starting with the Sales desk who new what they were talking about through to the installation team who gave me a date and time other advise. On the day of delivery they arrived on time and spent about 3.5hrs doing the installation whilst giving me instructions about the operation and day to day running of the tub. A good company to deal with!

Had our Princeton Hot Tub for 6 months now and Love it!!!! Have always had fantastic service from the 1st point of contact when we started looking into buying a Tub, Jamie who fitted it and everyone else we have dealt with. Had an issue with a pump making a funny noise and it was replaced within a couple of days. Would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa
