We have been honoured with the Feefo Exceptional Service Award for 2026. This is a rare and prestigious accolade, awarded only to those organisations that demonstrate a superior commitment to customer satisfaction.

This “Exceptional” status is only awarded to one winner per industry, meaning that Blue Whale Spa has made consistent improvements, achieved a Platinum in the current years award cycle, and demonstrate the largest review score increase in our industry over the last 3 years.

Winning the “Exceptional” tier highlights our team’s dedication to going above and beyond. Whether it’s answering a quick question or solving a complex problem, we strive to make every interaction world-class and personal to our customers.

Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2026, since 2020 and the Gold Trusted Service for 2019 and 2018!

For the past 7 years we have been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.

Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews. Those that meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected, and their average rating, are awarded. A badge of honour, this accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on the interactions with verified customers. As all reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’ commitment to outstanding service.

Feefo have given Platinum Trusted Service awards to businesses who have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5.

We are the Winner of UK Pool & Spa Awards 2018 - Spa Showroom Of The Year Silver Award

Proud of our new hot tub showroom in Nottingham, which we purchased just this summer and the fact that it’s the biggest showroom in the UK, showcases 35-40 hot tubs at any time. We still need some improvement but really appreciate being a Silver Winner in Spa Showroom Of The Year 2018.
