Chemical Pack

Your friend will receive their chemical pack with their new hot tub. Yours will be posted out 30 days later.

When can I refer a friend?

You can refer your friend at any time before their order is confirmed.

Are there any restrictions on who I can refer?

There are no limits on the number of referrals you can make. However, all referrals must give their permission prior to being referred, must be over 18 and do not already have an account with us.

What is the reward?

We do not offer any alternative chemicals, monetary option or credit to your account.

When will the chemical pack be sent out?

Your friend will receive their chemical pack with their hot tub when it is delivered. We will post your chemical pack out 30 days later.
