Really great product at a great price point compared with others. The service from initial enquiry of answering our numerous questions was really good. We did this in the showroom but then also some back and forth on email which was really helpful as we were new these types of hot tubs. The instructions and videos that were sent through were really clear and great to get this level of information again with this being our first full spa. Delivery was again well communicated and clear, the guys that came couldn’t have been better, polite, helped us and just really good. Since then were had no problems at all and the spa works great. The addition starter kit and like arm that helps take the top off are definitely worth the extra, as are the ready made steps. Couldn’t be more happy with the service!!

We are extremely pleased with our magnificent Hot Tub! The engineers that we had (Jonos and Trymore), were very helpful and made our job a lot easier to work with. The Hot Tub we had received exceeded our standards and we are over the moon. It is hot and very enjoyable! We were shocked with the level of sound this produced. Thanks!

We visited the showroom in Nottingham to buy the hot tub. The staff there were very informative and helpful and made the whole process run smoothly without any undue pressure to buy. The installation team were also very efficient and professional and gave us a good explanation of how to run and manage the tub.
Subsequently we have had no problems with the tub and it runs without trouble. My only minor irritation is that the handbook for the Balboa controller can be a bit tricky to interpret sometimes. I called the help line and spoke to Kyle about a couple of issues that I could not figure out and he solved them immediately and also sent me a useful, abbreviated help guide (the online videos are also good).
We also buy our chemicals from Blue Whale and the deliveries come quickly and are competitively priced.
We love using the hot tub and use it most days, whatever the weather. I find it particularly relaxing for an aching back after a hard days work!

Just had a hot tub delivered and installed this morning. Both guys were excellent. Once set up they gave us a step by step instructions to get us started. They gave us a hard copy of simple instructions and passed on some tips. Both guys worked very effectively and adhered to the social distancing rules. Thank you.

Great hot tub. We have used almost daily since installation. Great features, lots of space & is really good quality. The team who Installed the hot tub for us were really knowledgeable & went through all the instructions thoroughly which has meant that we’ve have enjoyed using it… Best Boxing Day ever, nice warm tub, good tunes on the speakers and a nice bottle of bubbles!!! Blue Whale Spa were great from start to finish. I highly recommend their hot tubs!
