N.B. Due to the nature of the service each customer will be contacted directly about accessibility to their hot tub for the varying levels of insulation available. The service involves a visit from two of our experienced engineers, duration will depend on the level of insulation chosen and working space. Please give our Aftersales Team clear details of your hot tub’s location.
Please note that the advised time for this Service is no more than 3 hours. If it seems that the service will take over 3 hours, due to water pressure when refilling your hot tub, or the condition of the tub, the engineer will advise you of this. Our Customer Services will then call to confirm if you are happy for the engineer to leave at the 3-hour mark and the remainder of filling your hot tub will be under your supervision, or if you would like them to stay and you will pay an hourly charge for any time on site extending the 3-hour limit.
If the tub is surrounded by decking or other structures, gazebo, summer house etc, the tub owner is responsible for ensuring access is available. We require full access to all 4 sides of the hot tub as well as enough surface space near the hot tub to lay the panels down flat for the purposes of fitting the insulation. If you select base insulation, it may be required to tip your hot tub and detach the base in order to fit and attach, so your hot tub will need to be drained before our engineers arrive at your location. Please speak with our Aftersales Team for advice and to find the plan which will be best for you.
