Triplex Insulation & Full Hot Tub Service

• Remove and treat filters with filter spray. Recommend new filters where necessary.
• Run chemical system flush (antibacterial and degreaser fluid used to flush internal pipework).
• Remove tub sides and inspect pipework for leaks and obvious faults.
• Cut to size and install the premium insulating foil board within the cavities of the panels where possible.
• Electrical check on control systems.
• Wipe and protect the hot tub lid with a vinyl protectant.
• Install the insulating heat reflective foil wrap on the panels where possible.
• Drain hot tub and wipe the shell with a surface cleaner.
• Vacuum out residual water in the hot tub.
• Tip the hot tub, removing any remaining water in pipes to remove hot tub base.
• Layer the base of your hot tub with insulating heat reflective foil wrap.
• Reattach hot tub base.
• Remove jets (where possible) inspect and refit. Some jets may not be possible to remove without damaging them due to scale build up or other chemical damage. Customer will be advised if this is the case.
• Tighten all pump unions, inspect and replace any small seals as required.
• Refill hot tub with fresh water, check the operation of the pumps, blower, lights and heater.
• Reattach the side and corner panels of the hot tub.
• Rinse and refit the filters.
• This premium service will typically take 5-6 hours.

N.B. For us to proceed with the service, your hot tub must be filled with water, switched on, and above 26 degrees Celsius.

Please note that this is a maintenance and insulation install service including basic cleaning of parts that are inspected. This is not a cleaning service.

Your hot tub and water must be in a reasonable state for our engineers to be safe working on your hot tub, (no mould, algae, or serious issues due to owner negligence, chemical misuse, or user mistreatment). If your hot tub is deemed inappropriate for our engineers, you may be refused the service.

Please note that the advised time for this Service is no more than 6 hours. If it seems that the service will take over 6 hours, due to water pressure when refilling your hot tub, or the condition of the tub, the engineer will advise you of this. Our Customer Services will then call to confirm if you are happy for the engineer to leave at the 6-hour mark and the remainder of filling your hot tub will be under your supervision, or if you would like them to stay and you will pay an hourly charge for any time on site extending the 6-hour limit.

Hot tub parts, plumbing fittings, seals etc are additional to the service cost. You will be advised of these on site and asked to provide payment before any new parts are fitted.

If the tub is surrounded by decking or other structures, gazebo, summer house etc, the tub owner is responsible for ensuring access is available. We require full access to all 4 sides of the hot tub as well as enough surface space near the hot tub to lay the panels down flat for the purposes of fitting the insulation.
