Delivered and Installed
Following a completed pre-delivery check and confirmation of delivery date from our customer service and logistics teams, a two man team will deliver the hot tub to the property.
If the order is placed utilizing the 0% APR finance option, then prior to removal from the delivery vehicle photo ID and proof of residence will be required as well as signature on the customer satisfaction/delivery note.
Once all paperwork is complete the team will position the hot tub in a location that the customer has prepared in line with our site preparation requirements.
The tub will be unwrapped and inspected, the electrical supply which has been installed to our specifications will be connected to the hot tub control box, accessories such as steps will be assembled, cover lifters where ordered will be fitted and the customer will be given a demonstration of the main features of the hot tub via an on screen demo. Packaging will be removed from site for safe disposal.
Should the customer have any queries later on, support is available by calling the customer service line or using the online contact forms.
Two men, including a trained engineer, will deliver the hot tub and help to move and position it to where you desire. If going through a doorway or passageway please allow at least 50mm extra each side. Please also allow enough space for the hot tub to turn any corners. The packaging will be removed from the product and the power cable cable wired in. Please note that you will need to have the power supply installed prior to delivery by a trained electrician as this is not part of the package. For required amps needed for each hot tub please contact us.
After connecting the power cable they will then fill the hot tub and test it to make sure everything is working. Once it is all installed correctly they will then run through the basics of chemical use and keeping the product clean. Your steps and cover will be moved into position.
Please note that each install is planned to be no more than 3 hours, but if there is low water pressure and it might take longer to wait on site for the tub to fill up, the delivery team may move onto the next installation and come back to you. This is because there is a £54 per man per hour charge for any time over the planned 3 hours spent on site. We try to avoid this cost for customers by positioning and starting the tub filling, leaving for 4-5 hours and coming back for the remaining installation. Customers are made aware of this in the pre-delivery and logistics checks.

Please also note that crane services are not included in this package. If you suspect that you may need a crane assisted delivery then please contact us. You can also email over some photos of access and speak with our engineers in the office.
Delivery Costs Beyond the UK Mainland
For delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands, please contact us for delivery charges.
On all overseas orders please contact us for delivery charges.
Delivery will need to be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. If we are noticed later than this point then there will be a cancellation charge of £199.
If your desired product is in stock
If your desired product is in stock you can expect it to be delivered in 5-28 workings days for spas and 1-3 working days for accessories and parts. Our products will be sent from our warehouse and straight to you. If there are any weather problems or anything that may affect your estimated delivery time we will contact you. We will then explain if there will be any change to the date in which you will receive your product and hopefully a new estimated date. We cannot be blamed for any delivery delays after the product has left our warehouse but we can guarantee that we will try our hardest to find the problem and do what we can to sort it.

If your desired product is out of stock you can expect it to be delivered in 6-8 weeks.
